Synopsis: Johnny Loon, an Anishinaabe man, is pushed over the edge by a “Happy Thanksgiving” wish from a bank teller. Was it good intentioned or malicious? Johnny believes the latter, but his family tells him he’s overreacting. This sets off a string of events that makes Johnny feel like the world is out to humiliate him during the Thanksgiving season. His only response: get revenge on the bank teller... by robbing the bank.
Will Johnny pull it off or will Thanksgiving get the best of him?

"I'm trying to think about the resistance born in me... I instead keep thinking about the thousands of elementary school students stapling paper headdresses, being taught a story of "friendship" and "community," of "pilgrims" and "Indians," erasing the genocide that came along with that colonization."
